                                              We offer the most comprehensive service plan unmatched in our market.  We don't just collect the rent; we actually look after your best interest.  Your property is constantly monitored.  We provide you with monthly detail accounting and keep you in compliance with the changing laws and city ordinances.  We offer free direct deposit into your checking account.

                                              PRICE

                                              We charge a very competitive flat fee of only $69 per month per property, while our competitors still charge 10% or more for less than comparable services.  We never charge a management fee while the property is vacant.  If the property is not bringing money in for our clients, then we shouldn’t profit.  This is our core philosophy.  There are no hidden fees. 

                                              COMMUNICATION

                                              Communication is critical to any business relationship.  We invest a large amount of effort to keep our clients updated regularly, being available during peek hours to answer the phone, returning emails promptly and communicating through our quarterly news letters. Owners can also utilize our website to receive live updates 24 hours a day.
