Our leasing services are included as part of our Management Services, or they are offered on a Lease Only basis.

These services include:

  • No upfront fees
  • Evaluating market conditions in relation to your property's rental value.
  • Placement of advertising through For Rent signs, appropriate publications and the internet.
  • We will advertise your property on our web site, and on 150-175 other web rental listing sites, Custom Craiglist Ads updated twice a week, and national newspaper listings.
  • We provide you a WEEKLY status report on showings, applications, and status of your property.
  • Showing your property to prospective tenants.
  • Strict tenant screening utilizing professional screening service.
  • Executing lease agreement and other required documents.
  • Collecting first month's rent and security deposits.
  • Providing a move-in walk through inspection report.

Fee: 100% of 1st month's rent.
